Adam basically wanted 3 things for his birthday! Sushi, the beach, and all you can eat ribs and crab. So Saturday on his birthday along with his presents he got sushi, then Sunday we packed up and headed to the beach! It was a blast!! We hit the waves till our bottoms came off-literally! Adam and Mike both got fried. Then we went to Harpoons Hanna's to eat again, and of course they ate as much rib and crab as they could. It is so yummy!

Adam worked all day on his birthday but I woke up early and made him breakfast! And then that night we went to this sushi buffet, and Adam was in heaven! You can see in the picutre below that Adam doesn't mess around when it comes to sushi!!

3. How long did you date? We dated almost 2 years before the mission and then 5 months after the mission before we were married!

6. Who said I love you first? Me! It was basically love at first sight for me!
7. Who is taller? Adam by 7 inches which I love since I am 5'10! I can wear heels and still look up to him!

19. Who is more stubborn? Me! I know what I want and I won't give up until I have it! :) But Adam is perfect for me and is great about it!
20. Who kissed who first? Adam.... we were trying to see how long we could go with out kissing eachother! We didn't last very long. And after the mission- I went in for a kiss like it was natural the 3rd day he was home and caught myself right before I kissed him..awkard for me, but then he just ended up kissing me!
21. Who proposed? Adam, he surprised me and made me dinner at his Grandpas ranch, then we went on a four wheeler ride at sunset by a lake near the R mountain. He made me a slide show of us that we watched on a sheet screen him and thomas had made with the projector and then he proposed. It was magical!
22. Who asked who out? He would say that I pursued him but we had a class together and I asked him to watch the news together since we dont' have t.v. at my house... and it was a great opportunity and needless to say we didn't watch the news at all! Good thing I had done the assignment with my friend the night before.:) Then he really did ask me out for our first real date!
23. Who has more friends? We both have a lot of great friends!
24. Who is more sensitive? Definantly Me, but Adam is the sweetest person I know!
25. Who has more siblings? Me, I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters- he has 1 brother and 1 sister.
26. Whose parents do you see the most? Mine!! I wish that we could see all of them more!

One year ago..........

It has been a year since Adam came home from his mission! Adam and I dated for two years before his mission and then we wrote each other the two years on his mission. We met the first day of class our senior year and it was love!! or lust.....he was hott and mysterious! haha and then when we got to know each other, truly it was love. He is my better half, my rock, my life, my soul mate. The day he came home from his mission was a roller coaster as I flew in that morning to Jackson Hole from Virginia where I was selling alarms, I had my Mom, A, Kayson and the girls pick me up. My mom drove like a maniac(I think she was more nervous than I was!)and we still missed him getting off the plane in Idaho Falls! and it was sooooo awkward at first!! But then it all fell into place and it was like he never left. We were happily married in the SLC temple 5 months later and today is our 7 month blissful anniversary of marriage!!!

Rangers vs. Orioles RIDICULOUSLY expensive hot dog!

We were planning on rain and cool weather when we left Virginia for the Orioles baseball game! But I swear as soon as we got to Camden stadium the clouds cleared and it was blue skies! So because the window on our car is rolled down probably just 6 inches and we can't get it up- no matter what the boys try. We take out anything we don't want stolen. Ghetto I know! So we still had to pack in our sweaters and junk. The game was fun, but it was so hot and sticky. We rolled up our jeans and tried to cool off any way we could. Thank goodness we brought in the umbrella because that helped so much. The game got really good when I decided to move up into the shade by Jess and Mike and next to these hilarous old drunk men! They made the game so much more interesting. Adam was hard core and stayed down by all the guys in the sun! But I almost caught a foul ball....I saw it coming straight for me- as I am about to stand up to catch it, I can just see it taking my head off or breaking my hand, i don't know, something awful though!...so i ducked. Adam and all the other apx guys threw their hands up and yelled up to me, they were so dissapointed that I didn't catch it. I was so close!haha But anyways the Rangers got ahead by 5 top of the 8th inning. The Orioles didn't make anything exciting happen the bottom of the 8th. So we left.......we probably missed the best inning though because the Orioles came back the bottom of the 9th only to lose by one point. So we left just to get lost and drive through this outragous rain storm. But overall it was so much fun. I love being with Adam! I am so glad that he is doing great this summer and that even though he only has one day off a week, he makes sure we always do something fun together!

Happy 4th of July!!

HAPPY 4th of JULY!!! This was Adams and I first 4th of July together! Even though we dated for two years before his mission we were always in different places and last year he came home from his mission right after the fourth last year!- Adam and I decided not to go to D.C because Adam had already been when he was little and I think the crowds at Kings Dominion scarred him! haha So we chilled here and had a bbq with the Hannas, Terrys, and Russells! It was so much fun- then we went to the fireworks in Leesburg, came home and lit off our own! It was a great day to celebrate the nations birthday!

Yay! We were so excited to ride a ton of roller coasters...until we got there!

SO MANY PEOPLE!! You can tell we are having a blast!

KINGS DOMINION AGAIN!!! I had so much at Kings Dominion that I talked Adam into going! We were super excited especially when we found $15 tickets! We got a late start but it was us, the Terry's, D Bullochs, and some of the single guys. We got there around noon and it was so hot and a million people just waiting to get inside!! Oh gosh and it was even worse in the park. We only rode 3 water slides and then left to get some food. The guys stood in line for 1 1/2 hours for food and I was hot so I figured with lemonade stands all over it wouldn't take me too long- 45 min. later I got my lemonade! I was done with the whole thing! We all kinda were so we went to go get our stuff out of our lockers and there were so many people in the water park that they had to shut the gate so no more people could get in. It was out of control. Well thank goodness Adam, Jessica and myself decided to ride atleast one roller coaster before we left. The Dominator! It was so much fun! That made it all worth it! Next time I will gladly pay the 50 bucks!
