My wonderful sister-in-law Kacie was so nice to wake up early the morning before I left and take some pictures of Adam and I! As you can see she did an AWESOME job! I love her edits and can't wait to get them but I am currently in Idaho and she is in Maryland so here are some of my edits :<>

Adam was so funny and was so great to get up early and entertain us. I have to say that I love his mohawk! He looks so fierce. I love it! I have the best husband! I love him so much- he treats me like a princess and makes me laugh!

Jess, Sarah, and I went out to get us some Georgetown cupcakes. If you live in this area or even visit a Georgetown cupcake is a *must* We had a great time. Us country girls are definitely not so good driving in the city! :> But we ended up driving past the National Cathedral so we had to stop and take some pics, and those cupcakes made up for losing a few parking spots and getting lost on our way home...numerous times! Then we had to take some pics of the cupcakes because they are that good!

We planned to go today to get some more cupcakes so I could take some home to my mom and dad but of course the one day they are closed each week is Monday! I can't believe how fast this summer has gone. Here are a few of the things I loved this summer!

-Last trip to Ocean City-

I can't believe this summer is ending! It has been a great summer and we have had so much fun. This was our last trip to Ocean City for the summer and it was a blast. We got a good amount of sun, beach, and water. We went with all our family that is out here and it was great! I love my family and am so glad that we get to be so close and are able to do lots of fun things together!

**Ghost Hunting**

Gettysburg Adams car group planned a date for us! We went to Gettysburg, PA to go Ghost Hunting! It was actually really fun and not that scary. Gettysburg was the battle with the largest number of casualties in the American Civil War and is often described as the war's turning point. Now it is known as America's most haunted! We went on a "ghost hunt". We got all kinds of gadgets to find ghosts and went out to where a bunch of the soldiers were buried. It was pretty interesting. Mike, Aaron, Adam, and Michael

This last week we went to Chesapeake Bay with our friend Marla! We had so much fun just hanging out. Marla had made all kinds of great food and we cooked on the grill and soaked up the sun. It was a blast! One of my favorite things about the D.C area is when are you are driving back home on the 495 N and you drive around a bend you see the temple rising up in front of you! It is amazing! I love to see the Temple!

Adam and I set out to find a swimming hole that was closer than 50 miles to us. This was as good as it got! We still had so much fun playing in the creek and enjoying nature.

I have been dog-sitting this puppy! She is the cutest puppy ever and we have had so much fun playing with her!

Then the week before we went to ~Great Falls~

At Great Falls there is ~NO SWIMMING~ but we couldn't help but get in. It was heaven! The water was perfect, the weather was perfect, and my husband is perfect!

Sunday is the only day off our husbands have off and so we try to go to some cool places! No matter what we are doing we always have fun! I can't wait to spend more time with my husband this fall!
